This is the course most commonly required by day-homes and daycares.
8 hours over a comprehensive one-day course offering lifesaving first aid skills, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills, and injury prevention skills and knowledge, with a focus on childhood injuries and illnesses. Includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines and meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial early childhood education and day care worker safety requirements.
You must bring your valid (non-expired) Standard Child Care First Aid with CPRAED (Level B) certificate.
Please note, legislation does not allow you to recertify if your certification is expired. If it is, you must take an original course instead of a recertification. International or online-only certificates are not valid. When in doubt, please contact us prior.
